Selecting a contractor for our total basement finish was not a decision we looked forward to making. There is so much to consider. Are we getting a fair price? Can I trust them? Will they do good work? Will they be easy to work with? We interviewed four contractors for the job and Jerald from JTek Construction was the only contractor to hit all the marks for us.

JTek had the most competitive price. Other contractors were pushy and came in with the hard sell but not J. He was well informed, easy to talk to, listened to us and it was immediately evident that he sincerely wanted to do a good job for us. We could tell it was important to Jerald that we ended up with the finished basement we always wanted. While we were immediately comfortable with Jerald, our trust in him grew over time. These Guys Did a wonderful job! They built a shed for us at first we had a little issue with size. But Jerald and his team were really accommodating to our needs. Jay and his son and team were fantastic! Knocking out our extremely dated front porch railings was our first project on our new house. We called JTeK and Jay went out of his way to swing by for a consultation a few hours later. The very next day his team got the whole job done in a few hours. Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Jerald has done two other major projects for us. He completed a basement finish complete with custom pool room design, media room, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom. He also did deck with a custom stone outdoor kitchen, planters, and fire pit area with stone floor. All three projects were completed with excellent workmanship and care. Jerald has great design talent and always uses trustworthy subs. If I had another project, I would definitely hire him. He has made my old house new again!
